Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the shopping center and commercial real estate industry. He specializes in leasing, re-development and repositioning of difficult retail centers and Malls to create and maximize asset value across the southeast U.S. To date he has negotiated and executed over 400 lease transactions with many Anchor, and National Chain Retailers. Experienced in Tenant representation and site selection, Kevin has also represented land owners in land sales to hotel and apartment developers. As an established Broker and Consultant, Kevin has extensive industry contacts. He was with Kimco Realty Corporation for 12 years as Director of Leasing for Florida, responsible for overseeing the leasing and redevelopment of a Portfolio of over 85 shopping centers, totaling over 13 million square feet. He was also with The Shopping Center Group for 5 years as a Senior Leasing Broker and Leasing Director for the Florida Division. Kevin currently serves as a consultant to TRICOR International successfully putting together shopping center development transactions all of which are closed and currently under construction. Kevin has held the elected office of City Commissioner, District 4 for the City of Sanford and has significant political and governmental relationships. He also served for many years on Sanford’s Planning & Zoning Board and became Chairman. Kevin is a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has participated as a panelist as and is also active with other industry organizations.
